In this class, you will:

  • be taught by world class faculty with Master's Degrees or higher
  • network with other students from around the world
  • have fun reading and discussing important world events in English
  • expand your English vocabulary
  • enhance your English writing and discussion skills
  • improve your English grammar
To take this course, you must:
  • be able to read articles in an English language newspaper or magazine
  • understand basic English grammar
  • be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • have access to a computer with connection to the Internet
  • spend 3 to 5 hours each week reading, writing and discussing in English
  • have interest in improving your English language skills!

  • challenging thinking, writing and discussion in English
  • high quality materials and activities
  • exciting interaction with your classmates and faculty
  • experienced English instructors with Master's degrees or higher
  • Continuing Education Units (6 CEU's) through Washington State University

This course is run as an open enrollment, meaning that if enough students sign-up during a month, the course begins the following month.
